Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — Standard Shipping is free on all orders within the US. If you need it faster, Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $8.50.

How long will my order take?
Standard orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days after a 1–2 day handling time. Express orders arrive in 2–4 business days, plus 1–2 days of handling.

What's your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM PST begin processing the same business day. Anything after that starts the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship only within the United States.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we're not able to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking is available once your order ships.

What's your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return.

How do I start a return?
Email us or reach out through our contact center with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll email you a free return shipping label — just print it and follow the instructions.

Are there any fees for returning an item?
No. There are no charges at any stage of the return process — no shipping costs, no restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I return in-store?
Yes, we accept both online returns and in-store returns at our Los Angeles location.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll take care of it through our Return Center.

Is Fashion Area a real store, or online only?
We're based in Los Angeles, CA, with a physical store location. You're welcome to shop online or visit us in person.
